REMAINS OF THE SHANG DYNASTY CAPITAL
Situated in the eastern part of the proper of Zhengzhou and with a history of over 3,600 years. It is the ruins of an ancient capital with the city wall of the Shang Dynasty as the main body.

MOUNT SONGSHAN-THE CENTRAL HOLY MOUNTAINS
Situated 15km from west of the downtown of Dengfeng City and with an elevation of 1512 meters above sea level. In possession of magnificent and unique views, the mountains are now a National Forest Park and a National and World Geological Park.

SHAOLIN TEMPLE
Located at the foot of the shaoshi Mountain, a major part of Mount Songshan. The Northern Wei Dynasty when it was first built．It boasts the origin of the Zell Sect 0f the Chinese Buddhism and the worldwide known Shaolin wushu known as the“No.1 famous temple under Heaven”．

SHONGYUE TEMPLE
Located 3 kilometers east of the downtown of Dengfeng City, it was first built in the Qin Dynasty and now stands as one of the oldest Taoist temples in China. The present Zhongyue temple is the largest and well preserved block of ancient building among the Five Holy Mountains of China, well known as the “Little Imperial Palace”.

SHONGYANG ACADEMY
First built in the 8th Year of Taihe under the reign of Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty, it is so named for its location at the positive side of Songshan Mountains. As one of ancient china's four leading academies and a famous institution of higher learning, this academy gained a reputation because of the Confucian school of idealist philosophy in history.

THE YELLOW RIVER SCENIC SPOT
Located 30km northwest of the central part of Zhengzhou City, the scenic spot occupies an area of about 17 square kilometers and has earned an established reputation as a best place to enjoy the imposing river view with its more than 40 sights such as the Five-dragon Peak, Yueshan Temple and Camel Ridge.

THE BIRTHPLACE OF THE YELLOW EMPEROR XUANYUAN
According to historical records, the legendary Yellow Emperor(Huangdi) was born at the Xuanyuan Hill at Beiguan of the downtown of Xinzheng City. To mark the birth of the Yellow Emperor, the first ancestor of the Chinese nation, the architectures of the Ancestor-worshiping Square, archways, the Main Hall and so on, have been built since the dynasties of Han and Wei. The Birthplace of the Yellow Emperor is one of the holy sites for the domestic and overseas descendants of the Chinese nation to pay tributes to their ancestors and find their national root.

TOUR IN SUBURBS OF ZHENGZHOU
There are a lot of places for recreation in suburbs of Zhengzhou. Ancient Tree Garden, Yellow River Marsh, Ecological Fishing Center, 0rchard for recreation and sightseeing and the largest Sunflower Topic Garden in China provide citizens with some naturaI places to “lodge in the mountains and woods, return to the nature, relax and exercise”.
